Anyways lots of things have been going on!  Good and bad. First, my aunt died, in August, which left a family broken and torn apart. I got married to my wonderful boyfriend of 4 years. I upgraded from a PC to MAC and lost most of my programs.  Those are the main events in my life, making me either not available or post less around the net. I'd like to say I am very sorry to the few commissions I had, and that your money had been refunded. Not to say they will never be completed, but since one or more of the factors above, will not be finished in the time I had hoped. I hope you all can understand. 

As far as the collection(and to stay on topic for my journal) goes, not too much of an update. After hearing about Sailor Moon's 20th anniversary coming soon, and the arrival of the new DVDs in Japan, I'd have to say I'm bored with all the "old" merch and I'm way to excited for the new. This has made me not buy much of any SM at all! I guess my hopes are so high for SM's revival that I want to save my money for all the new goodies. (20th anniversary dolls, anyone?) Does anyone else feel like I do on this? I can't be alone, right? 

I have got a few new things, very few. One being a very cute SMW purse. I also bought another(different) SMW thermos. One i've been trying to find for a long time! Which brings me to a very small rant....

I had this thermos located. It was owned by a bento collector and she had an extra of this thermos. She said she would ONLY trade this thermos for certain PGSM bento items, even though I told her to name her price in money. I bought various PGSM bento items to try and please her, no luck. I searched high and low for the ones she was looking for. No luck there either. I told her that I would continue to look and hopefully someday find something she would like to trade for. I even asked her if she would ever consider to sell it to me please let me know.  One day I searched eBay(even though I hadn't for a long time) for SMW items. Guess what I see? She has the thermos listed on her eBay store! Never once did she mention to me she was going to put it on eBay. How rude! I bought it immediately, of course, but also left her a comment on how upset I was about the whole thing. Shitty thing to do, seller. 

Well that's pretty much my update for now. No collection updates in the future either. I'm just waiting for Sailor Moon to come back. I mean, I check the SM news blogs everyday for new information, hoping for the day they announce a new toy line! Lets all hope for the best, moonies!

All of my labels and case art are made with high quality glossy photo paper. Disc Labels are printed on label paper, which peels like a sticker and stuck on the disc. I am not responsible on how you put the label on your disc, so put them on carefully! (But don't worry, all my labels come with instructions on how to put on)

I require a 50% deposit of your order before I start on your labels. I accept PayPal only. Shipping to USA and Canada. NO overseas.

When will my labels be finished?

Your order will be done according to the Label list. People at the top get done first, then the next, and so on. The time it takes for your labels to be done and sent out depends on the work load. Typically, your order will be done and shipped out within 2-10 days, depending on the work load. You will be notified, by e-mail, when your order is done, and shipped. If you have any questions about time, or if you need your labels in a hurry, please contact me by e-mail.

Well a lot has been happening with my sailor moon collecting since I last wrote. My fiance and I recently re-arranged our bedroom to make things fit a little better and I also got a new cabinet for my WORLD items. I've taken a photo of my 3 SM cabinets after we re-arranged everything. You can click the photo for a larger view. ^_^

So I've been trying to keep updating my sailor moon collection website, Cosmic Make-Up, but wow, It's getting hard to control. I thought when I started this website I would take individual photos of each item as I received them, but I have since forgotten this rule, and now I can't remember what needs to be put up or not. Man I wish I knew better web design/html.
 

Recently, I haven't really been buying much SM lately due to saving for my B-day trip in June, but I can never pass up rare items or a good deal. I'm finally happy to say I got the full set of WORLD RPG toys MIB for less than $100 bucks. It was a steal. It's this set. (And prior to this buy, I won the henshin stick individual one and I'm not sure if I want to assemble this extra one or sell it. Anyone interested?)

I had a quarall at serasell a few days ago with someone trying to tell me what my item was worth and that I was asking WAY over what SHE thought it was worth. I figured she was just trying to get me to go lower because she wanted it in HER price range. A few days later she posts her wishlist and what's on it? The item that  I was thinking about selling. At the time I was watching two items in the same condition as mine on eBay and one sold for $175(before shipping)and the other for $299(before shipping). My asking price for this particular item was $235 shipped. I feel my price was decent and not overpriced. She kept saying "not trying to offend" and other BS. It was really irratating me! But what can you do?

I've been thinking a lot about a re-release of SM in the states, and possible Japan again. How cool would that be for fans? I wonder if it would ever happen. I never really was into collecting SM when it was popular and dirt cheap. So if the show was to ever be released again with new merch, It would be one of the best feelings ever. SM mech would be easy to find, cheap, and spark new fans. It would be great. :)

So, I need to take a break from Sailor Moon Collecting. I want to focus on saving more for my 21st Birthday trip in June ^+^ I did buy one last item though, and I would like a price check on it.

It's brand new, never used. What do you think is a good price for it or what do you think it's worth. Is it very rare? I'm just curious. ^^

Wow, I cannot believe how much my collection has grown over the years! I never even imagined I would have any of the lockets due to the high prices for them, but I managed to get one for a damn good deal (SuperS locket for only $100!! NIB) I also like seeing all other people in communities collections grow too. ^_^

I  want to re-read the manga again. Is there any websites out there with scans of the manga that are translated correctly? I really do not want to read the tokyopop version. -__-.  I know of Alex Grover's translations, but they are not paired with the manga images. Is there a Alex Grover version that has the manga art with it? I wonder...

Whew! I finally got the first 2 boxes(out of 3) from my celga shipment. This one has lots of SMW goodies, most in New condition! ^^ I'm off to work now so I won't have time to go thru all if it and take individual photos for Cosmic-Make up!, but for now here is a photo of my poor table dusted in pink SMW goods.
